Well rank is not a key factor but you must be at least an Airman to attend training to be on Ground Team. You must print of a SQUIRTER (Old 101T). You should have already done this after calldown a couple weeks ago. Then go to training activities and get stuff signed off on that Squirter form.

SQTR Special Qualifications Training Record If you are on the CAP web site looking at your personal info your trainging record will be labeled SQTR not squirter so look for SQTR

Amen. I like most things the way they used to be. What was wrong with simple and easy admin tasks?

I know 101 T was way cooler. Thats the system I used and it was a lot easier than this SQTR thing.

I remember hiding at EOR waiting for the rest of the group to actually figure out what the hell they were doing and get out of there because no one listens to the guy thats been doing missions for 5years no he's wrong because he has more experience and is trying to upsert command....meanwhile from a half mile away I'm watching through my 'nocs as my entire ground team gets blown away

We need to do that one mission. SOmeone needs to be official camera man. So we can tape a mission. And show it to the new cadets so they will want to get qualified. THat would be awesome to have one of our missions on tape. We are halarious on missions. So whos bringing Video Camera next mission?

If we show new cadets actual mission footage it will have to be edited for content.

I was about to say filming missions makes about as much sense as the highway patrol beating a criminal in front of their squad car on camera. I would like to do a music video sometime just for fun maybe with shinedown, nickleback, or crossfade I dunno it would be interesting
