so what part was the failure I have a few in my mind but honestly as far as my expectation were we surpassed by 200%. First off we completed academic course work and were able to go through slide shows...we didnt plan for that. we put in seven sorties including a night sortie all in one day. Everyone got feed, excellent meals might I add. Starting out this was a logistical nightmare. with the exception of a few times we didnt have to remind anyone of safety and we didnt have an accident or incident that wasnt planned. Which I guess is how it goes all of our real missions are nothing like the ones we train for and wing wont let us train like we would for a real mission.

COrse wing wont let us train like for a real mission. They want us to attend SAR exs where a senior member sits in the middle of a field and blows a whissle. (Rediculous)

Most sarex's I've been to is nothing but a flying club meeting where private pilots go to build up hours on the government's nickle because they either couldn't make it as a military pilot or are retired from the military. anyway the only times where i have been to a sarex where the ground teams got any kind of training other than going out and silencing the the elt because the aircrews got tired of hearing it was when we have had GBD's who care and stand up the the IC and say my teams need training. and those are far and few between.

you didnt answer the question you're avoiding it by asking the cadets for their opinion now I'm asking you In your earlier post you mentioned some parts were a failure, what parts?
