OK people we have to get down to buisness we need a color guard team for competition this year. Ive been asked by Maj. Wyatt to get one together so this thread will be for talking about it. I want anyone who thinks they want to give it a try post your name,rank,if you have done color guard, how long have you done color guard, and y u think we should pick you out of everyone else. so start posting please  because i have to get one together. always thinking ahead, Batman  |

Ok um unless i can get more people who want to do color guard compition than i cant get a team together we have to have 5 . 4 main and 1 alternate and it looks like once again not enough people to do it. hey by the way it wasnt your website it was my comp we reformated it and now this site works like a champ

something to that affect hey what do you want to do about the color guard team this year - right now- it consists of Lipats, Hunninghake, and Bailey thats three we need two more. The thing is i dont think there is another two people who could do it. Maybe Scatty and Enick would be good.

My personal feelings are that there is no way we can field a team this year that won't be an embarassment. (Wow, that sounds really harsh.) We have less than a month to prepare, and we would have to start fresh with at least one person that has never done anything like this before. It would have been really nice to know about this in July or August. Don't forget that we also need to have to SM sponsors for this, and I don't know who is available.

If you can come up with the personnel, we should probably field a team. I just think it is an exercise in futility at this point. See who you can find.

very few of our cadets actually know enough drill to be competents in the dark let alone in a gymnasium being graded by the airforce.
