I went rock climbing and crazy enough Maj. Cavett was there well anyway we climbed walls late into the night and when u first start there are a lot of muscles that your not used to using that dont like to be used. And Maj found that out last night. So when he got up this morning he was still sore thats what this implyed.

the key to rock climbing is work smarter not harder. use your head (sometimes literally) another thing is use dem bones, not your muscles. your skeleton can already support your weight so use it muscles tire out but your bones are always there.
