LOL. I just started running a mile in the morning (not bragging). It hurts but its good I encourage everyone to give it a shot. I decided im not gonna be slow at the mile anymore so I decided to start running. Seriously its not like its fun or anything but its worth it

I think running is one of the funnest things you can do. One of the few things you do for yourself, and no one else.

LOL, True but if you never run except when you get chased you will be very slow when you get chased. Unless you get chased often lol.

Well if your 5'10" and 155 pound maybe running is a better option. (Not that it is me or anything)

LOL. My belief is you dont have to run if you have intimidating weapons on you at all times (not that it is me or anything)

I have one deadly weapon my brain, after that comes my fist and feet. and if all that don't work I will just use my weapon of mass destruction. my truck. I have no compunction about running people down in fact it can be quite fun.
