aww man I loved the ATeam I used to watch them when I was a kid...that and Macgyver, Magnum PI and such my favorite character was the crazy pilot that they always had to break out of the mental institution or as Mr T would call him "That crazy fool"

I've been doing some reading and I came across a MajGen Joshua Chamberlain from the civil war he led the charge at little round top (gettysburg), accepted Lee's surrender at Appomattox, was awarded the CMOH for his actions at Little Round Top was the only Battlefield promotion to General Officer of the entire Civil War and was promoted to MajGen by President Lincoln. during the war he had been injured 6 times in battle 4 of which were prior to Gettyburg he died almost 50 years later from "wounds recieved in combat"
what was interesting about the battle for Little Round Top was Chamberlain's unit was dessimated prior to the charge, yet in the end his killed more men than they had lost all for a piece of ground that the army abandonded 3 days later
get this his job prior to enlistment was a school teacher, anyways he has some good quotes and an ideal leadership quality or even aura about him
