this is for everyone who has not done their test for general emergency services. you need to do the following.

get on the internet, go to www.capnhq.gov
login or create a new account
go down the left side bar on the main page
half-way down is CAP online exams
click once
next page click once on Emergency Services Online Examination
select CAPT 116 part 1 GES June 2004 25 questions from drop down menu
Enter your CAP ID (its on your card)
click next
confirm who you are select I agree after reading user agreement
Proceed to take the test (all of it) it is open book at the top of the page are hyperlinks to all the materials you should need to score a 100 on the test
when you have answered all 25 questions click ok grade test onceprint your certificate and bring it to me at squadron
if and only if you do not have a printer and no way to print your certificate tell me at squadron I will print you one

for the record go ahead and take both test (part 1 & 2)
I went in to try and issue a 101 card manually and it wouldnt accept it when I checked it said you still hadnt taken the second test and while everyone is taking the 116 test go ahead and take the 117 test as well it gives you a senario at the begining of the test and the answer to all 10 questions are taken from that scenario and go ahead and take test 1, 2 & 3 of the 117
