Tonight I ate at the coolest pizza place in town! I won't say it is the best because that is a matter of opinion, but the pizza was excellent. It is called B-52's and it is decorated completely with aviation stuff; including large models (probably 5 ft. wingspan) of a P-51 and F-6F (maybe a P-47, the light was poor) hanging from the ceiling. It's located at 71st St. and 225th E. Ave. In other words way out east.
When I told him about CAP he asked me to get him a photo negative of us in front of our airplanes so he can put it on the wall.
He also said he would feed us if we would build some models to hang from the ceiling. Anybody want to build something? Or have some aviation memoribilia you would like to donate? This could grow into a decent arrangement for us with time.
He's only been there about 2 months, so the decroating isn't done yet. It's still very cool. Reasonable prices too.
