Tri-Wing Cadet Leadership Academy will be held at Camp Fretterd, Maryland from 23-31 Jul 2005. The focus of this course is to improve leadership and communication skills. CLA is approved by NHQ for RCLS credit.
Requirements: At least 14 years of age, earned Wright Brothers Award prior to 23 July, previously attended encampment.
Cost: $75, check made payable to Cvil Air Patrol
