Multiple activities available including working with Tinker AFB Honor Gaurd, shadowing a flight crew member, tours of base. If you have something specific in mind, submit your request to Capt. Cavett in writing NLT 17 May 05. Requests must be turned in ASAP due to the need for security checks for some activities.

I need to know which of the following everyone would like to do for cadet week. There are no plans for billeting on base, so we will have to make the trip every day. I would prefer it if everyone who wants to go does one day. Even if you did not submit a request earlier it looks like you will be allowed to attend.
From Capt. Davis:
Below is the first cut at the schedule for cadet week. Please be advised, if there are fewer than 7 folks signed up for the group activities, then that activity will be cancelled.
July 5 - 0900 - 1100 - Windshield tour, Weapons display, Military working dog demo - 15 - 30 people
July 6 - 0900 - 1030 - 507th Air Refueling Wing - 30 - 35 people
July 7 - 0900 - 1100 - 10 FTS/Aircraft tours (B-1, KC-135, B-52) - 30 people [time not yet firm]
July 8 - 1330 - 1500 - ALC tour/KC-135 pdm demo - 30 - 34 people
Career Shadowing:
Male nurses - up to 8 people, 2 people per day, each day during same times as tours
Maintainers - numbers TBD

That's fine with me assuming 009 is operational. I've got it in the shop this week inspecting it. I talked to Capt. Davis Tuesday evening and he still didn't know if cadet week was going to happen. He's supposed to call me back and let me know.
