Here's the latest info on encampment this year. As with all activities you must have earned one stripe before you attend. Do NOT send your CAPF 31 directly Wing HQ, it must be approved locally first just like anything else.


Oklahoma Wing 2006 Encampment will be held in Oklahoma City at RTI starting June
25 thru July 2, 2006.

Cadets and Seniors are encouraged to apply.
Applications (Form 31's) need to be sent to Oklahoma Wing HQ ASAP.

Please indicate if applying for a staff position.

The cost is TBD

Note to Seniors: Please apply even if you are unable to attend full time. All
help is welcomed whether it be nights, weekends, or only one or two days. Please
attach a note stating approximately when you would be available.

I got the following info regarding Ok Wing Encampment today:

The Oklahoma Wing Encampment initial details are:

Cadet staff/Senior Staff reports in 24-June-06 (Sat) not later than noon.

Cadet Basics report in 25-June-06 starting at Noon (Sun)

Encampment ends 30-June-06 not later than 18:00 (Fri)

Cost for encampment for each participant is $100.

Completed CAPF31's and a $50 deposit per person must be on file at the Oklahoma
Wing no later than close of business on 31-May-2006.

The encampment will be held in Oklahoma City at the Oklahoma Army National
Guard's Regional Training Institute (RTI).

There are limited slots, so please apply early.
