we need new and more activeties

i think that we need more activeties, like going to more musemes, more FTXs and mabey host a wing sarex or a wing FTX, because i think we shold try to get more stuff singed off, so we whold have a lot more GTS or flight line marschalers, and try to get so more O-rides. Iknow that we do a ton of stuff, mabey we would try to get a wing activtet that we would name snd be the only squdron to host it, which would be pretty cool, and mabey we dont the money. ive been thinking about this sience the cadet conference. i just want put this out there as an idea. and this weekend at the sarex in norman i saw a lot of improvements at wing and how other squdrons work and wat they do, and some people came from texas, new mexico, and arkansaw to see how we do it and take it back to their wing and they also told us wat they did at there wing, and i think that wing is improving VERY MUCH and i did like to see that so i think that we should make improvements.

so i think we shold diccus it through the WHOLE squdron

It is our intention to have a local FTX once every quarter and there is supposed to be a SAREX every other month.

i got one, at the sarex we were in flights and my squdron name their flights didfernt than alpap brovoo and charile, i think the it would be cool 4 our squdron

You mean like the fact that we're the best and everyone knows it?

The black nights name is taken its a squadron in edmond I think. Their squadron is called Edmond Black Nights Squadron like ours is called Starbase Composite Squadron.

As seniors its hard for us to plan not only what needs to be done but what you guys want to do. The glue dobbers for example. At the same time summer will get really busy and you will appreciate some time off from CAP. For alot of us CAP is not just a Tuesday night thing

For the guard its a monday, tuesday and two other days of the week
For ES its tuesdays, being on call 24/7 planning out the next exercise, gathering the SQTR's of those signed up what they need, what we need as a unit, and what we can provide.
Also your parents have to get involved each time you go somewhere someone is paying for it. If you support yourself you have to have time to work.

Price and myself work fulltime jobs, part time students, we also work for a dive school (price is an assistant dive instructor myself surface rescue) Other people have families on top of all that we have.

Its a good observation though and if you want to maybe you should take the intiative and find activities that the cadets would like to do. Theres nothing wrong with cadets getting together and going to see an imax about space ship one or something cool like that. There is a saying "you are a product of your own success" Basically if you want to succeed in something sometimes you got to do it yourself.

horn, at the sarex we had two squdrons and two flights in each squdron, and we named our flights and squdrons diferent, like i was in the second squdron and we named our squdron the gost riders, and i was also in brovoo and we name our flight the black knights

and sammons, yea i know, i think we should make ideas and see if the squdron want to do and make a vote

I have asked for ideas several times, both at the meetings and here. I have gotten very little input. Throw out some ideas for activities and we'll see what we can do.
