The van will not be going down because we don't have a driver available. There is also a good possiblity that it won't be out of maintenance in time. There are 3 other cadets that want to go, lets see what we can work out on Tuesday.

The Days and Kyle Wrenn. I am not comfortable with them riding with your brother in law because of liability reasons. If everyone wants to do that it's up to them, but I'm not going to get involved with it.

If I'm not mistaken he cant transport the others down there due to liability reasons. I'm sure with the current wing CC and all our new safety initiatives it would look great for 3 cadets to show up to an activity in a non member owned A/c with a pilot who is not a member

Webb has not mentioned it to me and if he doesn't he will not be on the participation letter. The only ones that have are you, Kyle, and the Days. You can ride with your brother in law if you want to because he is a family member. I will not authorize anyone else to do so because of reasons previously sited.

I just heard back from BA. They have room for you to travel with them. Pack light because it will be crowded. Try to limit yourself to your sleeping bag, pillow and one other bag. They are meeting at the Army Surplus store at 71st and Lynn Lane in Broken Arrow at 1615 with departure planned for 1630. The name and phone numbers for your contact have been PM'd to you.
