OK Wing has posted a tentative date for the Tulsa SAREX as September 15-17, 2006. Additional information will be posted the day before the SAREX....oops, sorry, my bad... Additional information is not yet available.

I'm going to assume that it will be at Riverside again due to the large facility at the TCC Hangars.

what or where? these are two different questions and will get you two different answers sorry I had it spelled wrong, a "gimbal" is a use of three rings that allow for rotation along three axis' in order to stay stable most common of these devices is a gyroscopiclly ballanced compass like you find on ships. and is used as a navigational device on space craft since a compass is useless. The measurements for gimbals are read in angles being rings they range from 0-360 so a negative value doesnot exist. Another interesting note is the subject of gimble lock. since gimbles use trigonometry the use of sin and cos brought up some problems with the computer doing calculations this website explans it in great detail www.hq.nasa.gov/alsj/gimbals.html

UPDATE!!!!!
Bad news for the "TULSA" SAREX. It will be held in ENID, OK!!! Dates are Sept 16-18, 2006 and according to the Ops Plan just release on WMIRS it will be held at the Enid Woodring Airport (WDG).
