You need to have the pics hosted on another site and copy and paste the url into UBB code in a post here. You can do that by either clicking the 4th icon from the left on the bottom row of tags on the reply screen or (open bracket)IMG(close bracket)paste url here(open bracket)/IMG(close bracket).
